When we meditate, we rise above all that is superficial. But it is not that we disconnect ourselves from the simple, elementary things. It is that we will be free of all the things that pretend to control us.
But it is not that man escapes from the world, it is that man triumphs and becomes the owner of reality and truth, because he discovers that we are free spirits and this is born from True Love.
