True Love will Never Die. A Story of Hope

Yesterday morning, very early, sun was shining and I was in a very beautiful field of lush trees with leaves of intense and lively colors, some were adorned with flowers and others with fruits. Birds were fluttering around and colorful butterflies seemed like little cherubs. What a beautiful place! One could breath peace and tranquility. A small brook nearby, seemed to sing and talk. The field was wide, green and wonderful.
I closed my eyes thanking God for this wonderful gift.

It was just for a moment, then, a very strong noise as roar, as thunder, forced me to open the eyes. The sky was cloudy, the clear blue, the luminous day had turned, somber, dark and dreadful, with whirlwinds loaded with stones
-big, gigantic, as furious demons, who were roaring in such a way, that my bones were trembling.

I saw how those beautiful trees were uprooted, the brook dried and the green fields, became as open wound, as dry skin, while the birds and butterflies, also disappeared.
In a twinkle of the eyes, those evil winds -because there was no other explanation, destroyed everything. I closed my eyes again and asked God: “Please, stop this curse, what is the reason of so much destruction?”

I opened the eyes again and all that beauty was gone. It was as, the one moment love to the beloved, that then becomes, destructive unfaithful.
There was nothing left. My heart felt as if all the heaviness of the sky was pressing it against a hard, indifferent earth, absent of Love.
God! I said, looking for consolation, while my stunned eyes, looked around to what seemed like a war, where all had been lost and finished.

I fell on my knees to the ground , with no strength left and I closed my eyes again. Then, I heard a voice saying: ” The day has not ended, and many more will come, what you just lived, has happened in the lives of many persons, but if you have faith, I will give you, a new life, a new heart, a new sky, that will never pass.”

I, then, opened my eyes and in front of me, in a surprising way, a small seed was sprouting, that tree had germinated. And I understood that the field would be reborn. I believed in the spring hidden in a new earth and new sky that will never pass.
Time went on and on, it was not easy, but that heart went on beating again, the birds, the butterflies returned and a new world more beautiful than the previous one, began. The small brook, was always happy and I thought that I heard a voice saying : ” True Love will never Die.”

The True Resource

It is true that in the world we can see plants and animals dying of thirst, their white washed bones completely withered, made us understand that the final time have arrived.

This scenario as well as others where we see ourselves falling into an abyss, or moments before a fatal accident, or being mutilated by a bomb, captured and tortured by the enemy, abandoned in miserable conditions, bleeding to death, from a fatal wound, whether of the body or of the feelings, deceived, rejected by society, or from those beings whom we trusted but all this turned into deceive, falseness, scandals and slander.

It might be that we are facing the bitter weeping, the hardest rejection,we may be on our knees, slapped, stamped on, without illusions, depressed. It might be that we feel so much pain that we can't even breathe. The suffering may be so unbearable, heartbreaking and even humiliating. It may be that we feel that it is better to die one thousand times.

We may be living such horrendous things, that we might think that we are going mad, that nobody can suffer as much as us. This desperation and discouragement may be because of the loss of a loved one, death took from us the being for whom, we lived, dreamed and had planned to live with.

Everything may seem chaotic and evil. Without hope, the doors are closed, heaven turned into bronze and earth is cold, dry and hurtful. Our feet and hands bleed , our tears are bloody red, our heart agonizes with the hardest tortures, even cruelest that we imagined.

We may have the greatest deception of life, we may have been made fun of , deceived, turned into scum. We may even curse ourselves, thinking that we may be to blame for our behavior and we may even carry the natural affront of guilt.

We may feel as assassins, persecuted by justice and soon to be captured, these situations may happen and even more.

And when everything seems to be lost, there is a resource for man that will not free him from guilt nor from the inner suffering but this resource may transform everything and turn this into the biggest miracle, the most extraordinary and wonderful happening. This resource begins with crying out asking for forgiveness from God, the supreme Creator.

Love gives everything because of Love

If there is a spring of crystalline, pure, divine water -that will never consume, that will never become cloudy, it is for sure, Love, the spring born from the Divine, to satiate your thirst, to refresh your mind, to clean your wounds, to nourish and make you strong, to remove your doubts, to liberate from sorrows, to transcend resentment and to turn your love in full happiness.

If you learn to see Love as the virtue of giving, you'll know that exceptional spring. If you carry that grace, that candor, that purity, even, that passion of loving as much as it is needed and required, you'll be like that spring, reflecting, that sensible virtue of tenderness, peace and true affection. Then, you'll see Love becoming brighter than the sun, more successful than the horizon, deeper than Loving.

Because in the darkest darkness, you'll bring light of hope, you'll dissipate the shadows of confusion and no darkness will prevail, thus, Love will extend and you'll realize that there are no frontiers nor containing horizons for Love, because it goes beyond distance, time, form, space; Love goes beyond resentment, hate, disagreement and indolence.

And you'll see how Love liberates, reassures, transcends, and Love will become deeper since its secret is found in humility, and for this reason, it is sensible, open, integral and more than generous is profound, thus, nothing can be compared to its enormous commitment of giving, understanding, accepting, forgiving; Love is the spring of living water that will never dry because Love is unconditional and gives everything because of Love.

Truly profound is what touches the soul and also returns to the surface transformed in something greater. Because the inner being, always has something more to give in return; that is the reason that it is always sought to give, more than, to receive.

If -by example, you plant a seed with dedication and love, some day soon, you will see the flower.

Deeply rooted, is what makes yours, what was not, because it touched you somewhat, because you accepted it unconditionally.

Let's say you meet a person any given day, who is completely unknown to you, but after some time, you realize that the person is very special. And the unknown person becomes, the person that you like and call friend. And if the feeling is deeper, you call it love, and when this is truly rooted, it will be even above death.

Deep is the heart that opens its door; it is deep when the secret of affection has been understood because it has been nourished with sweetness and gentleness.

Deep is the valley and it is deep because you look at it from a distance, and while you do it, you think that you want to be there and although deep and distant, you already overcame the challenge and the distance because you are convinced and at the same time compromised with the depth that has been born in the superior desire of the dream, the adventure, the illusion, whatever could be, because you already have an intention and that is why, you have a goal and one thousand happy moments in that goal. And the fact is it always has very much to give.

There are different ways, and different destinies. And this is about consciousness since there is no sharper science than the own reason. But listen with attention, since it seems easy and very simple, what is applied here. The reason is something more than what is seen, what is listened.

The consciousness that is declared here, refers to the clear voice, to the inner voice.

Who are you? Who is inside you? Who does live in me? Why do you exist and for whom? Who do you dream about? Tell me what is your facade?
Tell me what is your purpose, is it just a coincidence? Tell me on what do you support yourself?
Tell me so I can know you, discover you.

Consciousness is the flight of the spirit, a wing is the reason and the other is the intention.

In sum it is the wing of the will that was born in the ground but that looks at the high mountains and beyond the stars because its flight is eternal.

The Spiritual Science teaches something of vital importance : Time, space and distance are limits that exist in the material dimension but for the mind and the spirit these limits do not happen. It is necessary to explain this, since it is not right to affirm anything as true when it is not explained and sustained. I will start by explaining certain dynamics of the timeless energy, which is not too distant of our daily living.

We all in an spontaneous and natural form remember stages, circumstances and moments of our lives. It may have happened some seconds, minutes, days, months, years ago , but you will see some things, some incidents that have been ingrained in you.
They do not have to be bad moments but I refer and prefer the experience that was and will be pleasant, genuine, affective and completely integral as a hug, a word of support, or the presence of a person who has given us affection and love. And although the time passes, those experiences will never be left behind, even their meaning will bloom, grow and will be appreciated and treasured. And the difference of days will not erase its shine and total appreciation.

This shows that the spiritual present, consciously speaking is something more; it is not a step that goes away, that went away or that will come in the future but it is a horizon of 360 grades not only out of us but inside of us, that is to say, that the spirit will unify in a perpetual present what is beyond any distance or appearance, what is inside or outside or in any given time.

Having done this explanation and surely that many other explanations will come that will help to classify and to understand the topic. The idea is to let know that the spirituality is an ulterior, superior, invariable and constant memory that neither modifies nor changes and that by being like that gives place to a permanence of the unity of the parts and the whole, in the whole. Spiritual Maturity

It is important to make clear that the spiritual love is not a torment or sacrifice. Love makes everything with tenderness. Many times, we hear that the spiritual life is a life filled with sacrifices. But I think that the spiritual life is a romance with God and with nature, with life itself. But the spiritual life is never a tragedy, a complaint or a deep sorrow.

What is this? God does not feed on our pain. He does not need that we prove anything. He has created us by Love and He has placed us in this wonderful universe and not to curse our humanity. He made us men and women, but he did not castrate us. These are fanatical inventions. Of course, God is not a man and of course, God is God and he expects that every day we are the specie that we really are and not pretend that the species change of identity.
But here, the subject is spiritual maturity and everything is relevant. I am not better, because I wear a robe or because I boast about my power. The idea is not to be better or worse. The idea is to Love, truly love, and never hurt others.
I think that God glorifies in a balanced consciousness and in a compassionate and honest feeling. There is no glory or authority in believing that I am superior. My value is to be the same as others. My spiritual maturity is to clearly distinguish between good and evil. The development of this subject, has gone through many comments. But the spiritual maturity is like that, is here today and tomorrow will be there. We can’t say only one thing because they form a whole and because the human being moves in many areas, goes into many places.
To be mature is to Love. Let’s respect life and let’s take care of nature and then, we will know what peace is. Otherwise, we will be surrounded by many things, but these will be our cage and we will be buying our own prison, where we will never find peace. Let’s change and let’s try to understand that our world is alive and as such, we must treat it.
We are been left without Nature. As specie, we don’t appreciate the importance of a true life. I don’t want to awake one day and to listen or to read the following:
” The last tree has died. We can see its exhibition in the museum. It has been many years now that the species have died. Man has become a machine instead of a real being.”
Is this the progress that we want for our children? Do we want to prolong and to live life, in such a way? There is nothing worse than not to know our true need. Our need is not to kill, but to honor. Peace must be cultivated and honored. We must get in love with Peace. And of course, this is only the beginning of how to know to mature.

The Process of Learning

The process of learning, is in truth, the process of experiencing, and what the spiritual science refers to, is that the living experience should try to, and should finally reach what can’t be reached by any other method : A lasting peace, which, of course will take us to a personal relationship with God, including in this whole dynamics, an elaborated improvement in our consciousness and in our conduct towards all that exist in the universe.

So that, to learn is to initiate us in the discernment of the conscious practice, of the method of spiritual awakening, discovering and recognizing the real needs that cover life expectancy.

Because, the aspects that are evident as love, service, surrender are not the only ones that are spiritual, but the elemental aspects are also spiritual, as the ones required in daily life : to love, to breath and to self develop in all the stages, including, of course, from the economic things to the intimate things, because the spiritual life is like that. It is not something distant to look at, but is something of the daily living.
God exists here in this instant -sensible and profound- where our heart beats as well as all the hearts of our fellow men, and it is also here, in this now, where we live and solve all the necessary matters of the human social behavior and not only the behavior of man to man, but the behavior of the whole nature.
And of course, this is the spiritual science since is the spirit himself who has to do with the most agile and at the same time, the most complex, with the most evident and the most hidden.
We are not in a world, that is in conflict with truth or with love. There is in fact a lot of chaos in our planet but we will not find the answers by traveling beyond the stars, neither by looking to be born or to embody, but on the contrary, we will find the answers by living fully as when we are thirsty, even the last drop is important and in the same way, even the last gesture or expression of the thought or of the feeling are important and necessary because in the same way that a man takes care of his children and even an animal takes care of his litter, in the same way, the spirit can’t be less and for this reason it will be said in the spiritual science that learning is the consciousness of the here and now.

Does God abandon us?

The history of humanity shows that man and God -many times, seem to abandon each other, but it is certain that as much as man exists, God also exists and life is a process to know Him, to know us, to find, discover and be united. But there are rules, norms, foundations and laws.
In order to know God, is necessary to open to Him, allowing Him to be our guide, the captain of the ship of our life, the torch of light, that illuminates our darkness and to ask Him to be the wisdom in our lives. But God is much more.
God is not hidden in an image, or in the force of nature. God is known through an spiritual experience of Love and Love must be completely consequent.
If I don't look for true Love, the Love of God, His peace, presence, direction, then, I can't find Him. I can't find Him in violence, or lies, or hate, rancor or indifference towards my fellow men. I will find God in fidelity to Love, in mercy, compassion, reflection, even in the sacred sacrifice, where we offer the best of ourselves.
Prayer, by example, is essential in order to know God. The knowledge of God, also is, in some way, to move away from evil. God wants to invest us within, with sensibility, tenderness and humility.
God is faithful, nobody is as faithful as He is and his Love is infinite. We know this by faith, but not a faith based on dead word or written word, we know Him, with faith, in the active experience of the practice, always renewed with devotion and compassion.
Faith is the experience of growing in Love, living the Love, not only looking at it, contemplating or studying from far but from near, as near that we will know that God lives as the Lord of our life, heart, actions, feelings and thoughts.
God will never abandon us but we might think that when awful things happen, that God either has abandoned us or He is punishing us, but in truth, God is always sustaining the life of the whole universe, calling us to communicate with Him, in the experience of saintliness, in the acknowledgement of His Great Love that forgives everything and invites us to be part of Him and with Him.
The most important point of the spiritual experience is the Love of the Father to the Son and of the Son to the Father.
Jesus is the truth, the life, and the way. Those who feel abandoned by God, is that they don't know Jesus. When they look for him, their lives will open like a book and He will guide and accompany them.
There are no promises of greatness and riches of the material world but there is more greatness and riches in the spiritual world which will abound and there will be peace and Love. And with these foundations of life, life will be conquered, every suffering will be overcome and every sensation of abandonment will be left behind because God will never abandon us since His Love never ends.
Jesus, Jesus, I clamor for You and I claim in You, Truth and the whole life. You are the promise of Love, You are my only destiny, you are all my Love.

Sacred Energy

The term " Sacred Geometry " is established in order to show that the universe and life in the universe are not a product of coincidence or chaos. On the contrary, the cosmos is a perfect organization of many spaces, sounds and silences. Where colors and shades are not by chance, but correspond to laws and plans that are very complete and complex.

Sacred Geometry is clearly represented in temples and cathedrals. The reason is simple and direct since those are places of retreat, meditation and deep reflection. And not only because they are evocative of the infinity of the cosmos and the beauty and balance of the universe. But also because they are ways of communication between man and the universe.
A great source of energy is expressed and manifested because these buildings are aligned to constellations and to some stars in particular. As silently saying : Life flows in the universe and in the heart of man. They are one in the unity of peace and love. Anyhow, what a temple and the study of Sacred Geometry do, is to be evocative, to connect with threads of energy the consciousness of man and divine mercy. A temple, of course, is a way and not the goal. It is a bridge and not the end of the road. That is why, geometry is like music, it expresses the intrinsic beauty of the spirit. It is not the spirit per se. It is a manifestation that is evocative and leads.
The sacred is in truth, an act of recognizing the greatness of the Creator. That is why sacred geometry is studied in order to understand that life is not a coincidence. But, that everything that happens and exists is important. And there is a drawn up line of experiences to be lived. Sacred Geometry also reminds us about the balance of nature and shows the way and order of how to be able to live in peace with the universe.

The Personal Relationship with God

To have Faith, is to have a personal relationship with God. The topic is very ample; we can talk from the historical point of view, but what is most relevant here, without subtracting importance to the past, is its meaning in all its dimension, which is and will always be, the vision of God, for us, as individuals, family and society. The topic on Faith must not be simplistic. If I believe that God exists, that is good, but if I don’t do anything, then, is very bad. Since knowing that Truth exists, is supposed to take me to search, know, interpret and learn about it, otherwise my knowledge would be too loose. I can pronounce and repeat the name of God, many times, but if I don’t feel Him in my heart, then, I am not true but I will be ignoring the principles of Faith, in a deliberate way .
Which means, not only to love and to believe in theory, but practicing, to accomplish the effective conversion of faith. How to have more faith? The person who has faith, appreciates, respects, honors and manifests it; it is a gift, given by spiritual virtue and the one who has it, knows in a positive, absolute way, that God loves and knows him and that God is just and true.
And with this knowledge, he treasures faith and practices in a very active way – by thought and action, the laws and commandments of God, based on the purity of Love. The key to growth is found here. Since man can only grow, by making progress in his beliefs, because faith is the active Love of God, the presence of His Word and it is a daily inspiration. By acceptance and knowledge, faith will grow in the Love expressed with solidarity to the human family as universal service.

Somebody dared to ask him: " Why do you talk to those women in that way? Can your eyes see well or is there a hidden message that nobody has been able to decipher?"

And the wise man answered in a very kind way: " Since you are looking for the truth and because your question is sincere, I will reveal the answer."

Then, he pointed to a very beautiful flower: What do you see here?" he asked.

"Beauty, exuberance" said the man who asked. "

In a few days, it will become a withered flower, the true beauty has to overcome the passing of time, otherwise, is like a spell, a passing fantasy where we can confuse truth. And now, look to the other side, to that withered flower, what do you see there?" said the wise man.

"I see old age, death, I don't see beauty" said the man asking.

" There, I see beauty because it was what inspired her to be what she was in life. And this is what we always must search for: Inner beauty, this does not mean that I don't see the surface or that I don't understand it but I want to warn with my attitude that it is necessary to look beyond, since what is beauty? Beauty is virtue. Search for virtue and you will always have beauty in front of you." said the wise man.

The Disappearance of Love

In a very distant town, Love disappeared, people tried to find him in many places, trails and roads, they searched by the valleys, rivers, in the ravines, in the mountains, and they could not find him.

He is gone. Where is he hidden?

Then, they looked inside things, books, letters, trunks but he was not found.

Next, they decided to look in the eyes, ears, words, in the dreams, in the poems, in the songs, but it was not possible to find him, something terrible had happened.

Where is Love? Why is he gone? Why did he abandon us?

And when I made that comment, I realized my foolishness because sometimes, we have the truth, so close that we cannot see it. But, look, the reason is there.
I gathered the townspeople and asked their names and that was the key. One was named "Indignation" the other "Resentment" the other "Disillusionment." Others were named "Rejection" "Abandonment" "Fight" "Difficulties" "Tensions" Meanness" "Loneliness"

So, I got out of that people as quickly as I could. And while I was going away, I was feeling, I was sensing that I was going to find Love.

I had a great surprise because I just walked a few kilometers when I saw Love in front of a lake.
I asked him the name of the lake.
-It is called Tenderness. That mountain is called "Sweetness." That valley that you see near is called "Understanding." That plain is called "Dedication.

And then, everything was clear to me. Love is there, we only need to find him, by wanting to participate, to be part of him.

And after leaving behind the townspeople, I did not want to go back. Because Love is not found in Indifference, he will never be found there. But here, you will find him in Tenderness, and you will see the rebirth of that vast Tenderness where Love forever dwells.

Good health is perfect harmony among the inner self and the external universe. It also is fullness of Love in all its manifestations and recollections. And essentially is spiritual Peace because to be healthy is to generate and regenerate in what is good, as much personal as social, as much physical as psychological.

The spiritual health is above everything: Self knowledge, self acceptance; it is to flow in a perfect harmony of perfect balance based on " To live and let live " and based on " To be and to let go " And from this, we can infer that good health is harmony, which is productive, constructive and collaborative. It is a personal and also a group process, where the individual collaborates and participates with the whole universe, having respect for its order, norms, principles and foundation. In order to be healthy is necessary to have the ability, of looking for good as the goal, not in a passive, tedious or boring way.

To be healthy requires information and profundity. Good health requires of progress in the ability and understanding of living and coexisting, among ourselves and nature, otherwise, the balance of life is unnecessarily and unavoidably broken.Illness as great evil of ever process that precedes death, is defined as the rupture of the inner balance.

In principle, illness is the lack or absence of Peace, of the presence of Love, which is not only a noble feeling, but is the vital energy that allows to maintain the functions of life.The spiritual definition is that the sickest persons are the ones who are selfish, envious, idler, lustful, morbid, sadist, cruel, arrogant, or the ones who enjoy any evil. And besides, the one who does not have self respect and self appreciation and respect and appreciation for the world around. Harmony, does not exist in illness, since this is mortification and the product of a difference of excess, giving place to lack of the elements needed for renovation or regeneration towards good health.

The emphasis on this spiritual topic is that the mirror where good health is reflected is on happiness. And, the mirror where illness is reflected is on bitterness.The human soul tries to find happiness, but happiness can't be given by any man, culture, doctrine or institution it can only be given through a personal relationship with God and it is needed, to want to improve, to accept our mistakes, to recognize and not to go in denial.

Spiritually saying, we are receptacles, capable of containing the energy of renewal and health. We have to believe in a superior good and without doubts, to accept this option in our lives, to illuminate the darkness of illness, which dissipates and extinguishes it.

From the spiritual perspective, illness is the implicit lack of Love.

We conclude and point out that illness is : hate, lie, slander, jealousy. Pretending to be the only owners, and trying to make out of man, an slave of the evil called power and control. Illness happens when the soul is sad, with no hope, she can't look inside and she can't make of that inner space, a clamor for Peace.

But if man finds himself lost and prisoner to the compulsion of evil and lies, and if he clamors with sincerity, even once, there is a wonderful truth: That clamor will move the spirit of life and will move heaven and Mercy will show.

This is the spiritual healing : When the heart is open, the grace of transfiguration is received, disappearing evil in its essence. Then, man abandons his lack of love and begins to walk in the conscious practice of Peace, which is the natural source of spiritual health.

Pity and Compassion

We find Darkness trying to elaborate a plan to confuse and made fun of Light and she was thinking :
-It is very true the fact that man hurts and attacks his own kind and this is a complex topic. But the conflict is neither in the pain nor in the misfortune because that is already known. It is obvious and clear, although the major part of the world is blind and ignorant. And many times is their decision since the pain exists and there are few who see it. But let's set a trap for Light.
Then, calling with potency and arrogance to Light, she said : - The world is full of misfortunes, the earth rocks in anguish, melancholy and pain. Don't you think, Light, that there are very few who are aware of the tragedy and the pain ? But I also want to know your position. What do you feel ? Pity ? Is that your pain ? Do you grieve for their suffering and needs ? How do you see this reality ? I feel that the majority of men are affected by the misfortune that they see. And they wonder, what would happen if this was happening to me. But besides what is seen and what is known, is the attitude of the strong and of the powerful, who often say : " What a pity, how much pain, how could so many misfortunes, afflictions and lamentations happen ? I pity so many unhappy people "
Tell me Light, don't you think that the powerful is right and that there is glory in that heart who sees the affliction of the others and says " how horrible " and extends his hand to offer a piece of bread ? Don't you think that this is a great solution ? Tell me Light, is pity good ? What is the solution.
Then, Light answered to Darkness :
-Nobody is free from pain and much less from affliction. But you need to understand something about truth, something that is most important. Even the purest pain does not solve the question. A piece of bread is not the matter, there are other important, fundamental and necessary aspects. Listen with attention. The world truly is afflicted and the bread is good but is not the solution. The answer is not found in the bread but in Compassion. I will explain the difference to you. When you feel pity, it is you facing the conflict that has caused you pain. And you want to get rid of that sensation, then, you offer a service, you give attention because you don't want to see so much pain, but you don't look beyond yourself. You are in front of what you don't want to see. You are in front of death. You are in front of agony. You despise the need, but you keep on being yourself, so distant, so detached from this reality. Pity is not born out of the heart. You don't have any other commitment than your own pocket. It is like using a perfumed handkerchief to get rid of the bad smell. You may pay, you may give many services but in your heart you are wondering : Poor ones, what have they done ? You don't serve, you serve yourself. Pity is never generous, does not have nobility, only the saying " I don't want this, it frightens, scares, bothers me. Take that child, that animal away from me " Pity does not love, but despises, it covers the problem with a perfumed cloth so you don't have to smell it. But in truth, you don't feel anything, since your heart has not cried not even a tear.
Do not confuse then, pity with compassion.
Compassion is a great mother, a great father and friend, who looks after all as if we were one body.
I assure you that compassion is the unity who feels the other's pain as its own. But does not look to escape, rather looks how to unite as two hands who join to pray. Then the heart has become great because the love has bloomed inside as I have felt that your heart and mine are neither distant nor indifferent. And when you laugh, we laugh together. When you grieve, I embrace you, I try to help with your burden and I want to carry it. If I have bread, I give you bread. I love you as my own life, I feel it this way. And I know that you and I have never been apart, your pain is also mine. If it is necessary to solve a problem, we will solve it together. I don't feel rich or powerful, I only feel that I love you and that is the reason that there are no tears and will never be abandonment. On the contrary, I will sit and I will have dinner with you and we will share the bread of sorrow and of glory. Not only to fill the hunger but to know that we are united. Because when your heart beats, mine also beats.
This is the great difference between true Love that exists in the understanding

Amazing Angel Story

Listen to the story that I heard : Some young gang members -thugs, approached an old man, and started beating him mercilessly in order to rob him. People passing did not intervene, fearing that they also would be attacked and they just looked horrified. But something unusual happened, that elder received kicking, slapping and insults, but stayed unperturbed, apparently he was receiving many blows, maybe to the point of killing him. Then, suddenly at the call of the leader, these thugs fled dividing the booty, which they enjoyed visiting different bars. Then they went to their homes very late. And the next morning, none of them dawned alive, they were still in their beds, but they were full of blows that seemed the reason they had died. Then, the story goes that the same morning, the old man who had been mistreated the day before, was found immutable as he was the day before and he appeared to have no blows or even a wound. And this seemed like a mystery, until the day that this mystery was revealed: From time to time an angel would descend who had the virtue of being as a mirror: whatever you gave him, the same you would receive.This was the Angel of Love and those who gave him affection, would receive affection and those who infringed him pain, would receive that same pain. The mystery of the death of those gangsters and criminals is revealed here. They only received what they planted.If we sow Love, we will receive Love. If we sow deception and betrayal, there will be nothing else for you but suffering and pain.

God will strengthen him and will bring light to his life, peace to his heart and will make him prosper, because God is true. It is very certain that every one who looks for God and knows Him, will overcome the obstacles, the confusion and depression.
God is true. He is peace, joy and Love. Keep this in your heart and live in the name of God. And your life will be as a garden full of flowers, in which you will have banished and transcended depression.

When shadows appear in life, man’s reaction is to walk cautiously. He can’t see further on. Feels insecure and desolated. And many times loses the capacity to discern and to understand. This happens when his heart has been badly wounded. He feels sorrow, sadness, melancholy, confusion and inner strength weakens.
When facing this situation, we have to realize that the spiritual study neutralizes that evil. In order to maintain the cultivation of truth, is necessary to have intimacy with Love and Truth. In other words : Prayer is not only necessary but is the right method of awakening the consciousness and this is the way how we can be strengthened.

Then, an optimized mind will appear, supported in faith. We will be able to walk with the light of hope and to have a superior motivation. Since we will find that the Love of God strengthens us from moment to moment.

I close my eyes to see what I did not see. Since now, there are no walls, no limits, the distances have disappeared. The spaces have become one and they are now, an infinite light. There are no sides, no above, no below. The lights, the shadows, everything that existed have now disappeared. The breath is deep and it allows to be absorbed and diluted in the infinity. When we find God

Everything is a path in life, with a first step and a last step, and in the middle, innumerable experiences, almost as deep as to unite those first and last step.

Reality, is not only what happens to us, but is how we react to what happens to us, and how this will leave a mark and this mark will manifest in our lives. And after this, our life will break like a shell and a new life will arise. And everything else, will not be like a dream, but like the pieces of a puzzle, that when united, are complete and form a whole, which becomes something solid and absolute, and in reality, is the whole life, but also the dreams, even the deceits, also the accomplishments and the errors. And we will take this, like credits or debits, in our favor and against us, many of ourselves and many of others. And this is our reality, is not, of course, the last spiritual reality, but is the reality of man, and with a little of yesterday, of today and tomorrow.

Many, pretend to have a safe reality, and to reach shores of hope, with no pain, suffering or needs. But in truth after we know our spiritual origin, we will become that reality because everything else, no matter how big, complex and deep, will pass, not as a drop of water, which consumes on the earth, it will pass like a deep footprint which engraves in the heart, and which sometimes knows how to laugh and another times, how to cry. But this reality is also part of a greater reality, the one that we live in a dream like world, but when we wake up, we no longer return to the dream.

We have had enough dreaming and enough dreams. And now a last reality, will stay, and this is only known when we find God. And this does not depend on our effort, since this reality does not approach and moves away.

Everything has its right time, therefore: "Let each one live his mystery, which is life, and reality will arrive someday. It will arrive"

Today, is a new day and just as if we were a tree, we lean on the ground. Sometimes, this ground is not clean, sometimes, the tree is watered with blood, with desperation, frustration, wrath and necessity. But our past, is a story that we haven't finished. It is where the book begins. Tomorrow, later, our future will arrive. If we have the capacity, the honor, and the happiness of understanding and overcoming our lamentations, we will understand the mystery of evolution.

This is a description, that allows to understand how meditation influences the daily life and how the daily life influences meditation, making out of both a path of two ways. Since, both start where the other ends and ends where the other starts.
The story goes like this: The anchorite was meditating about the deep silence, the mind was already governed and the stillness was contemplated as ocean of peace.
It was not a blank mind, neither partly or completely empty, rather, the mind prospers in the plenitude of the glory, in the supreme spirituality of universal union, that allows no distance of separation between man and the universe, and this is not to feel as owner of glory or power, but rather is giving up ties and been as boat navigating in the river while the stream takes it, and the only difference between this idea and truth is that instead of the boat, is the mind and instead of the river, is the infinite. And the journey, in the first case, takes to the sea and in this case, to eternity.
Meditating, he was, then, and a drop of cold rain, by the freshness of the morning, fell over his hot cheek, because of the force of the potent energy liberated while in deep concentration.
The contrast, then, between cold and hot, gave the anchorite, the opportunity of not extending into the eternal but in concentrating in the insignificant, in that present, brief and unexplainable, but perdurable in some way, because for him while meditating, the drop of water became in that instant, into total reality, revealing to the mystery of life.
In the same way, a child when been born, takes air and then gives a cry, as foretelling with his laugh and cry that there is much journey to cover.
Since is the beginning and the crucial moment, where we all cross over that threshold which is life and which is death. And it is then, a constant birth, dying, reviving, in which the purpose, reclaims and that in meditation exalts, by leaving in the mind, silence, calm, to reclaim itself in the vast horizon of today, of now and this has to do, with the art of seen and self seen.
In this way, the one who meditates and the meditation of life itself, are always only one life, and the same and constant meditation.

Where is Happiness?

Who has stolen it ? Who has taken it away ? Perhaps the sun, or maybe was the moon or the stars, or is hidden on the top of the mountain or behind the top of the trees ?
Have the clouds concealed it ? Where is Happiness ? Who has taken it away ? Maybe the wind kill it ? Who has been ? They probably put an ambush , how cruel. Why nobody dared to defend it ? Did they kill it in a solitary place and in cold blood ? Poor Happiness, how lonely it must have felt. How sad. I can't understand this since Happiness was so giving, its wonderful presence, its joy, smile, sweetness, compassion. Why did they kill it ? What we have done, may seem strange, incomprehensible, irrational, absurd, but I want to ask: Is this not what humanity does with its own destiny, with its path , with its surroundings? With the things that they don't understand or don't want to understand ?
Humanity may give the impression that they advance while they go back. The world is ancient of its own reality. Man wants to be happy at the expense of another's happiness and because of it he can even kill. There is almost no humanity left. Happiness is hidden or it has been killed. Let's not forget ever than Purity , Respect and Dignity are fundamental elements of Happiness. If we take them away if we deny them, we will also kill Happiness. Let's make a difference, let's take care of Happiness by cultivating Peace, Uprightness, Respect and Dignity.

And essentially is spiritual Peace because to be healthy is to generate and regenerate in what is good, as much personal as social, as much physical as psychological.The spiritual health is above everything: Self knowledge, self acceptance; it is to flow in a perfect harmony of perfect balance based on " To live and let live " and based on " To be and to let go " And from this, we can infer that good health is harmony, which is productive, constructive and collaborative. It is a personal and also a group process, where the individual collaborates and participates with the whole universe, having respect for its order, norms, principles and foundation. There are persons in this world, who are resentful of the happiness of others, just as if happiness would harm them. Besides, they consider themselves as the only ones who deserve all goodness and make out of their own lives a tragedy of frustration and misery.

And why all this happens ? Is perhaps that the person does not have capacity or abilities ?

Not quite, the person might have a great capacity of intelligence but what truly happens is that there is no spirituality, there is no commitment to Peace and Love.

There is, instead, an inner torment of loneliness and anxiety, for the simple and direct fact of envy. This is an addiction, a terrible compulsion, which lacks love and which also ignores the effort of others, while not wanting to recognize what is obvious since all effort has merit and is an achievement.

The envious person has not open her heart, he/she is blind because of the terrible incapacity of valuing and respecting; this is a very lonely life, with great confusion and small consciousness.

True spirituality promotes emotional and psychological values since spirituality does not admit hypocrisies, arrogance, pride and self deceit. Then, every one who is not happy has to know that the reason is that he/she does not love, does not miss the need of a human family, of a universal family. But this can change, this must be overcome, this lack has to be faced, it is necessary to win over evil and search for goodness.

It is essential to exercise and practice the spiritual life, not as doctrine of loneliness , but as a living practice of communion and universal union.

Since, not been happy is path of destruction and death, total abandonment; let's learn to leave behind, all motives, causes and reasons which are not truly reasons of life and let's walk the path of happiness, of peace and let's search for prosperity for all, this is truly humanism, and is spiritual consciousness.

Understanding the universal law of Karma

There are secrets, laws, mysteries, doctrines, philosophies, of this and other worlds, and there are, many opinions also. Some, might seem to be absolutely true, but looked through a deep spirituality, they simply are opinions.

This teaching has the purpose of advising the need of been careful in the process of study and the proportion of the themes called : Spiritual, mystic, and esoteric. And why is this? Because, much is said, but, truly, little is known.

There are some, who present their expositions in a brilliant manner, but they truly lack sincerity in the understanding of the subject. By example : Something, which has been talked about constantly. Is Karma, reward or punishment?
It is usually said : " I am paying " even more, it is associated with suffering, as if it was a terrible, evident, punishment, and that is far from the truth. Karma is not punishment, Karma can't be paid. The universe is not a system that negotiates with joy, happiness or sorrow.
Nothing of that is true. There is not a God who demands to be paid with our blood or the blood of our loved ones.

God is Love, Mercy, Compassion, Forgiveness. And Karma is deeply the consequences of our actions. And the need of overcoming, transcending, of improving them, is logical. It does not mean to have successive pains or sickness, in order to pay with sacrifice the action of a previous wrong conduct. But rather and for this reason, man has the capacity of reflection and decision and he can see in his heart if he loves or is captivated. But he can never reclaim Karma, as the payment that the universe is charging him, in order to improve.

Since, if it was like this, a life of suffering and pain, would be an inexhaustible article, since the human being gets mixed up, more than once, or either, Karma, would be a solution, if we assume that it was like that. But it is not like that.

Karma's plan for man, is the search for an awakening, to learn to overcome mistakes and overcome the pain caused to himself and others. But with the power of an inner call, of a convocation, of every effort and reason. So he can discover his mistakes, with analysis and in the inner conviction, born from the voice of the soul, who reclaims in us, the true need of reaching love and peace.

The one who does not plant peace, will not have it and will clamor trying to find it, but this clamor is neither a wound, nor a loss as such, but the love of God, inviting us to decipher and to know Him in meditation, in reflection, prayer, service and in everything to come closer and recognize that we were wrong about Truth, Peace, and Love. And without them, we will not have true happiness. Then, Karma acts as motivation, as hunger for Truth, as search for the study that allows to reflect and recognize our mistakes and then, we will be reborn in the innocence of the true spiritual peace.

The topic on Faith must not be simplistic. If I believe that God exists, that is good, but if I don’t do anything, then, is very bad. Since knowing that Truth exists, is supposed to take me to search, know, interpret and learn about it, otherwise my knowledge would be too loose. I can pronounce and repeat the name of God, many times, but if I don’t feel Him in my heart, then, I am not true but I will be ignoring the principles of Faith, in a deliberate way .Which means, not only to love and to believe in theory, but practicing, to accomplish the effective conversion of faith.

How to have more faith? The person who has faith, appreciates, respects, honors and manifests it; it is a gift, given by spiritual virtue and the one who has it, knows in a positive, absolute way, that God loves and knows him and that God is just and true. And with this knowledge, he treasures faith and practices in a very active way - by thought and action- the laws and commandments of God, based on the purity of Love.

The key to growth is found here. Since man can only grow, by making progress in his beliefs, because faith is the active Love of God, the presence of His Word and it is a daily inspiration. When it breaks the limits and changes from its real sense to become a living nightmare. This is pathological fear, which arises from a disease that continuously corrodes, weakens, confuses and obsess. Fear, is like a type of sabotage of the most terrible power, since it subdues man, his will and takes him to the negation of himself. To overcome this, is necessary to deepen in the spirituality and the real sense of being.

Fear has tentacles that manipulates the will and blocks the heart, the opinion, identity, self love and love to others.

Fear is the foundation of chaos. It always comes with inertia and neglect. But, when we place our attention in the spiritual values of faith and prayer. Then, fear disappears because it is ignorance, lack of understanding about the superior power of the Love of God.

There is a very small town where two similar and at the same time different stories are told. But there are some, who say that these are not two stories but two endings of a great story.One had a happy ending and
the other was very regrettable.
It is told like this: Two men, one was very rich and powerful and the other was wise and profound in his reflections.
The same day, unknowingly, both had a son in different places but in the same town. And both, oddly, gave the same name to their sons.
But the names here are unimportant, it is just a coincidence, as many others, but the end of the story, somewhat will make us reflect about the names, maybe ours.
The sons of these men grew up healthy and strong but since it was a small town, and both fathers wanted the best for their sons, they decided to send them to a bigger city, the great city, the capital of the great kingdom.
With this purpose in mind, both fathers, in their own way, tried to do the best for their sons.
The day and the moment came and both fathers took their sons to the frontier of the small town. They had to leave and it was a long journey with many days ahead. Then, one of the fathers, said to his son: " I have accumulated a very important treasure during my life and I want you to use it as foundation for your studies, so you can become a good man. Do not come back until twelve years have gone by, when you have finished your profession and become successful. This treasure that I am giving you, will take you to a safe port, use it with wisdom, be fair and prudent.
While the other father, not very far away, was saying, unknowingly, the same words, as another coincidence.
Maybe the intonation was different but literally the same words, without omitting anything, had been said .
Then each young man, took the precious treasure given by their fathers and started their journeys.
And time and destiny passed, there was wind and there was no wind, there was rain and there was no rain. hot days and days that were not hot.
Both fathers would carry in their hearts, the wish to see their sons. Many things had to happen and in fact, happened.
Time kept passing, as it usually does, one day after the other, and after twelve years, both parents went to the frontier of the city as they had done before.
Twelve years are not too many years, but the young men had changed quite a lot. Then, the fathers saw a caravan leaded by a man who was served by many who admired and loved him. There were carriages, wagons, and carts. They all were dressed with fine clothing. But a little behind them, another man was coming, who didn't seem to have the best of luck. He was very thin and pale, he was wearing ragged clothes, very worn out and he seemed to be in very bad shape and with a tormented look.
When the fathers saw this scenery, they approached each other and one of them shouted, by raising his voice and calling the attention of the man who was coming with a great entourage and said: " My son, I can see that you have succeeded and that you multiplied the treasure that I gave you and even bring more. You now have power and give orders to many."
While the other man, who was near, when he saw the other pale and weak character, was left almost speechless but said: " If you are my beloved son, who left some time ago, maybe you did not appreciate the treasure but I open my heart to you, just as if you had done well."
Both fathers then, waited and both sons approached them, but not in the order that they had apparently been identified but just the opposite.
The man who had more wealth, inclined in front of the conciliatory father and said: " Father, I knew how to keep the treasure and what I have reached is not only the obvious power but the secret that was revealed to me within the treasure that you gave me and today I bow in front of you, I am grateful and I appreciate you."
And he had not finished saying these words when the pale, sick, man inclined in front of the father who had not recognized him and said these words : " The treasure that you gave me, turned into a curse, it confused my life, put in the wrong road my senses, and I lost everything, conscience, reason and became the poorest of the beggars."
But what happened here? What were these treasures? Who were these fathers?
One of them was a very rich merchant and the treasure that he gave his son was given in gold, a lot of gold.
The other father, was wise and learned, he gave his son, some manuscripts with deep, direct but at the same time simple reflections. And it happened that when these young men arrived in the big city, one of them, when he found that his treasure was gold, he didn' t use the opportunity, but went with bad companies, he wasted so much that he even wasted his own body, his senses, feelings, values, and all who followed and flattered him, when he used his last piece of gold, abandoned him and he was left as a wretch while his life worsen, because he only knew that he did not know how to live life the right way.
But the other young man, discovered his treasure and he took good care of himself, he valued the discipline, the effort; he worked and didn't have bad companies. And during bad times, the treasure never diminished, on the contrary, it grew
Two men, two fathers, only one name.

The Philosophy of the King. Short Story. For Reflection.

The king had been eating in a tremendous way and that was the reason that he had gained weight and his abdomen was huge. He called his physicians and wise men asking them for a prodigious diet.

The physicians and wise men decided to cover all the walls of the castle with mirrors so the king could see his extreme obesity and would decide to lose weight. But it happened different, and the king called the physicians and wise men and threw them out of the palace, saying:
" Your diet has not worked, see how terrible my over weight is now."
Because the king was very temperamental and thought that nobody could help him lose weight.

But a simple, humble looking man arrived and said to the king. " Sir, I only ask for half of your kingdom, give me one day only, and give me during that day, the strongest men of your kingdom and also give me that day the effort of work of all men and women of your kingdom. And if you cannot lose weight in one day, then, I will give you my life in return.

"The king watched himself on the mirror and said: " I don't know whether you are impertinent, mad or wise but the fact is that I will not take jokes. I will measure your skill and if it does not work, you'll pay with your life. The day starts now, I will leave and will be back tomorrow at this same time and we will see if what you say, works."

"Yes, sir" said the humble man. And as soon as the king left, the humble man asked that all the things of the palace were removed and taken to his house. The guards and subjects presented some resistance at the beginning to obey those orders but they obeyed afterwards. When all the things were removed from the palace, that humble man ordered new furniture brought, but these were gigantic, like ten times bigger, and it was the same with all the chairs, armchairs, clothes. But the mirrors he ordered to be smaller, no larger than one finger. When they were installing the last mirror, the king came back to his palace and he noticed something strange had happened. All things seemed to have grown, he then called the humble man, who said: " Sir, sit down in your kingdom, lie down in your bed, put on your clothes, look at yourself in the mirror." And when the king did this, he called his notary and said: " Give this man half of my kingdom. Look at my clothes, they are loose on me. Look how I lose myself in my chairs and bed. What a mystery! I don't know how but I have lost a lot of weight very fast."

And the story goes that the king kept on eating but he didn't felt obese any more because his clothes, bed, and chairs were too big for him. And the humble man got half of the kingdom.

Wisdom which also knows all arts, all foundations and principles of life. And this spiritual science, knows that man is more than what the senses reveal. Man is not only flesh and bones, thoughts and feelings. Man has a spiritual foundation, an extraordinary and wonderful worth, and this is because he has inner light, which truly shines more than the sun. This light will help us ,with certainty, to overcome any depression, no matter how dark can be, since in the depth of man, the Love of God lives.
Depression may pretend to suffocate or burn us with its scorching embrace, but there is a superior Love, who can rescue us.The path, always is prayer, and here we will always find refuge, serenity and transformation. And what was hurting, will not hurt that much, because there is an inner foundation, who always rescues and brings inner peace.
Even though, man may be facing paths of desperation and chaos, if he really wants to change, with sincerity and with all his heart, then, God will not abandon him, on the contrary, God will exalt him and will bring him out of the fog and will nourish him with His presence.
God will strengthen him and will bring light to his life, peace to his heart and will make him prosper, because God is true and is very certain that every one who looks for God and knows Him will overcome the obstacle, the confusion and depression.
God is true. He is peace, joy and Love. Keep this in your heart and live in the name of God. And your life will be as a garden full of flowers, where you have banished and transcended depression.

We are not in a world, that is in conflict with truth or with love. The Enchanted Forest. An Spiritual Narration.

The man was sick, very exhausted and tired; it was difficult for him to breathe, while regretting in his mind the many things that he allowed to happen in his life. His childhood had been difficult, he was very poor and with a bad affective relationship with too cold and distant parents. The deprivation had turned his home into a very tormented place since there was too little for him and he had faced many severe situations.

All this made him grow with insecurities and fears. He later followed the path of egoism and ambition that finally took him to live in solitude,away from society.

He was thinking : "I wasted so much Love; my heart is so lonely! I accomplished a lot because of my effort and dedication but now that death is near I realize that I cannot take not even a splinter. I look at everything around me and I recognize my story but today Isee that my life has not been of glory or fascination but a big disappointment."

Then he remembered that as a child he had always dreamed about livining in an enchanted forest, where that child could talk with the whole nature, be the trees, flowers, mountains, creeks, birds, animals.

He remembered that fantasy where he would feed himself with sensations, experiences, friendship, sweetness and happiness that would make him overcome the hunger, the cold, the loneliness, the misery. That enchanted forest had helped him overcome the scorn of the others and had helped him dry his tears and forget his needs.

The man fell asleep thinking and thinking. But, oh mystery of the dreams ! He found himself once more in the enchanted forest. He saw himself as he was, an old man tired and weary but at the same time, astonished of being again in that enchanted place.All the trees greeted him, as well as the flowers, the birds, the creek. They all seemed to feel great affection and friendship for him.

And this man was saying in his sleep: " I can feel that someone still loves me."

And on having said this, he listened to a crying as in the distance of theenchanted forest, the crying of a child, but his crying and his voice he did not recognize, he then accelerated his step while thinking. "Nobodywill cry, nobodywill suffer here; this is the enchanted forest where love and friendship live."

He decided to go and look for that child, for that voice that was crying and wailing. He walked and walked passing by a river, a mountain and more rivers and more mountains. He had never been in this part of the forest and it was dark and very different from everything else. But on having listened to the voice that was weeping, he did not stop but hurried even more. He then saw a child who was living in a house or rather something that looked like a house. The man came near a broken window and saw the child who was crying. He realized that the child was crying because of hunger, cold and loneliness.

And he thought: " I have lived through all this, I know all this andwill not allow it to happen to you. I am old, tired, have accumulated something and will give it to you so you do not have any needs."

He then, went into the house and something very strange happened. He felt that he knew this child, that he truly loved him and that he had to care for him and rescue him. The child was crying and the man took him in his arms and said: " I may have some days left and I will take care of you in the meantime."

At that time the darkness started to fall down bringing cold, wind, hail, lightning, thunder and a cold rain. The house was very damaged and seemed that was falling apart.

The old man who was very tired, at this point, said to the child: " Do not worry, do not cry, I am going to rescue you." He covered the child with an old cloak and wrapped him up to his breast. The elements outside were rattling and the house was trembling. He looked at the child whose eyes were full of fear and then the house began to collapsed. And he said: " What can I do?" If I leave him here, he will die. I must rescue him. I must get him out of here."

He run to the door and at the precise moment that they could get out, the house collapsed. He found that there was a lot of rain and noise outside andhe said: " I cannot leavethe childhere. I will take him, I will care for him and will bring him back tomorrow, early in the morning,wheneverything is in calm, so his parents do not worry.

He started going out of the place, as best as he could and with a lot of effort, managed to enter another area of the forest where there was a wonderful sun, with birds singing and a sweet aroma in the air. But he was feeling too tired since he had walked for a long time and now he was feeling exhausted, losing his strength andworried about the child:

"If I leave this child, he will be alone and abandoned." He also remembered his lonely past and looking at the child said: " Do not worry, do not be afraid." He was feeling tenderness, affection and compassion for the child. But he also realized that he had used all his strength and was feeling tired, so tired that he sat on the ground and thought: " I am getting weaker but I must do something.He got his best clothes, covered the child and joining some stones, wrote as best as he could: " The one who finds this child must give him all his affection and tenderness because there is nogreater sweetness than a child. He is tender, delicate asDivine Love. Take good care of him."

After writing the message, he felt that he was dying, he looked at the child and passed out. When he woke up again, he was in his room and realized that it had been a wonderful and strange dream. But, he had in his hands the smell of the fields and the aroma of the flowers. He had somehow, returned tohis enchanted forest and he had met his own inner child.He now had nostalgia as well as an strange peace but his breathing was agitated. He heard some steps and when he turned his head, he saw an angel of light and understood that this was the angel of death, who had come for him. The angel approached him and he felt tha this life was going away and that he was diluting.

Then, the man said to the angel: " Angel of light, angel of death. I wish I could have had one more day to give a little tenderness and affection to that child. I know that it was a dream, an illusion, but in my dream and illusion, that child was crying and I rescued him. He was hungry and cold and I took care of him. I would have liked to give him so much! but you come today to take me away. What else can I do.

And the angel of death, the angel of light, the angel of eternity said: " We have seen your suffering and have seen the compassion arising from that suffering. You, certainly, are that child, the child who experienced grief and whom nobody ever accompany. You are that child, whowas also asking for your own love. We have seen and have heard your suffering and as you, we have heard the crying of a child in the enchanted forest. We saw your effort and care, and felt very moved. Today is your time of death. Today is your time to leave. But we have seen your pain, we have seen your love and that is the reason that I will not take you, I will give you one more life. Close your eyes and return to sleep that the love and compassion will heal your wounds and your pain. You rescued the childand because of your mercy and love, you will become a childthis time."

The man could not answer because the angel touched his heart. In a few moments, he saw his entire life passed in front of him.And then felt that he was not breathing, that everything turned into darkness. But right after, he felt as if he was swallowing air, he opened his eyes and, oh surprise! He was not the suffering and dying old man, any longer. He was instead, that child. The same child who was born immediately after he started breathing. He felt an embrace and a warmth voice saying: " My beloved little son, you are most precious, what we had looked for. We are going to give you a lot of love."

That man had being born again and he felt loved and cared for.

The meditator opened his eyes after long hours of meditation and he saw the picture of a beautiful landscape in front of him. And he wondered:

"How can I see this landscape and it cannot see me?" And he asked the picture:

"Why don't you see me?"

nd the picture answered: " I do see you."
"How can you see me if you don't have eyes?" asked the meditator.

And the picture said:
"I don't need eyes to see you, I can see you anyway."
"I don't understand you" said the meditator.
And the picture said: "Close your eyes. And now you see me and I see you because there is no distance neither separation."
The meditator, then, understood and knew that the picture had always been looking at him. And from that moment on, he understood that he could see. That everyone could see and to remember it, he only had to close his eyes. Since everyone was there:

How to Learn to Fly. Inspirational.

Many, many years ago, before Civilization was known as such, a man looked at the sky and to the birds flying and singing, flapping their wings, going up and coming down. And the man started to flap his arms as if they were wings. The day and afternoon passed and the night came. His arms were tired, to the point that he could not lift them up.

The next day, he started to flap his arms again and he did this for several days until his arms became rigid and he started experiencing a lot of pain and to feel sad, desolated and frustrated. And he would think: " How is possible for others to play in the height of that wonderful sky?" While he was like encrusted to the earth.

He then, experiencing a lot of pain, went to get consolation in the wise advice of the oldest man of the region. When he reached him, he saw that the old man was smiling while contemplating the flying of the birds.
He told the old man about his sadness: " I want to be able to fly but my arms do not know how. I am under a lot of pain because I tried for days and nights but it did not happen. It was even worse because I could not even get up not even a little bit. My arms seemed like old branches pointing to the ground. But my dream was the sky. What can I do?"

And the wise man said: " Come and sit by my side, let's see how those birds play and have fun in that blue sky. Give your arms some rest that only time will heal. Look, I will teach you how to fly like any of those birds. Center your look but above everything, open your heart, then, you will start feeling that there is no distance between you and those birds flying and that wonderful sky because in truth the one who flies has to learn to Love. Then, with the happiness of the bird, raise your look to the sky and then, you are already flying. Then, you don't touch the ground. You are already in the sky and you learn to fly in this way"

One of the simplest things is to listen to the spiritual word which is always placid, refreshing, renovating. Nevertheless and it is regrettable that few people make
the effort to listen with the heart and in truth get to live the teaching.
Many are the dreams of man, as innumerable as the stars
but few are those that make their dreams possible.
The majority listen and let it pass as if their beings were
impenetrable and nothing could reach them to germinate
and bloom because for this to happen something more
than listening is required, it is also needed to want to be
listened to, to want to participate in the message and to
take it as example of life in every moment.
The spiritual teaching is not a drifting boat. It is the
guide, the goal, of the flower its aroma and its colorful
charm. It is not only appearance, it is essence and
substance that have met again because Spirit knows his

There are days darker than the night and there are nights in which the darkness seems that never ends. For this reason, we have to be aware of the need of solidarity towards everyone. But there is something important to consider, something that perhaps could be confused since compassion is never pity.

Compassion is a commitment of solidarity, fraternal understanding and unconditional Love.For example, a very dear person is hungry, thirsty, cold and you try to help, to attend to cooperate as a father to the son, as a brother to another brother, as if he was someone very close and; it turns out that this someone is the whole humanity. It is not only one person, but all the persons. Therefore, compassion does not have to do with the expressions like "poor little one" or "what an unlucky person"

Compassion is to share with happiness.Compassion is to teach, to take care, to preserve and to improve.

The Discipline. Path of Truth.

The perspiration, blood and soil joined. And from the steps on the path, the footprints formed. For some, is destiny and for others, it simply is the mystery that is woven between heaven and earth.

Destiny is the same mystery , that every day is traveled in the circle of life. Will it be by will or by decision that this soul that I called mine expands in the infinity of life ? And the feeling, the thinking, the actions have been interwoven and the rigor of the discipline has been fused.Will this be Divine Will ? Will it be inexorable punishment ?

You can only understand when by virtue of the work and effort of having sowed in the path, our hands are hurt with the thorns. And from the blood arises the red flower, blood that being mixed with seed and soil, gives the rose of fire.

Feelings, passions, consciousness make me aware of my own incomprehension. And there, I look for the true God because He knows how to heal my wounds. He knows the answer to every question. He makes of the discipline : Honor, dignity, and a path of truth out of the effort.

Reflection for Harmony and Peace.

We all want to achieve Harmony and Peace but this is not simple to do, and not because it is impossible but because the human being lives in a very artificial world and this confuse him and make him lose the sense of reality.

Then, he starts calling Harmony and Peace to power, control, luxury and vanity. And he does not realize that he has fallen into a mortal trap.

Nevertheless, Harmony and Peace may be closer than we may think...

Forgiveness is self acceptance, self understanding and the realization that we are not perfect. What is most important about forgiveness is that we will always be there, one for the other. The one who forgives frees his mind and heart, since the one who resents lives tied to it. Forgiveness is a superior gift, which never comes from the mind, nor from reasoning because forgiveness is something higher.
Forgiveness as well as Faith and Love comes only from the Spirit.
To forgive is always self forgiving, this may not be understood but forgiveness brings Peace.

Beyond everything, beyond nothing, is man in front of himself. When we deepen in the meditation, then, the forms and the concepts, preferences, indifferences or what we reject, they all cease, we are left without solitude, direction, goal, or path.This might seem a great contradiction but the answer is: that the form is contained in the no form and the moment has arrived that everything has been transcended even the transcending itself, neither viewer nor vision, there is nothing that can be compared.

What has then been achieved of the meditation of this whole process of total and final dissolution, what do we leave or do we reach?

The answer is of course, beyond words. It is that which is completely indescribable, also inconceivable. It is the mind without mind, beyond the form and the no form, beyond freedom or slavery, wisdom or ignorance, certainly it is to have overcome and transcended all the forms, causes, effects, reasons and no reasons.
Then, there is no longer any distance, is no longer necessary to make or not to make, there is no purpose then, where are we, where have we arrived?

Let’s make a pause …in this reflection and meditation…at the same time …
The unconditional has arisen, rather, the condition which is by itself unconditional, that doesn’t conceive either actions or reactions.

Let’s pause again…
All the frontiers have fallen and the reasons begin to be distinguished clearly. The reasons of the thought and of the feeling, no longer contain the man. Purity is so pure that not only goes beyond everything that shines but beyond ignorance and wisdom:The Unconditional Reality

Q: How to overcome selfishness ?

A: With true and practical love. But is easy for the persons to say that they will do it, but they don't. I will extend the answer, by commenting that besides, it is necessary a lot of effort, work and dedication, as well as prayer.

To be free from selfishness, is an experience that is only given by Divine Grace. There are many stages and in between stages, which will be known in the maturity of faith.

This, in fact, does not happen immediately. And there are no magical practices for this to happen. It is to do God's Will day by day.

WHEN WE MEDITATE..

It always prevails in the conscience the understanding and the intention on good and in good, because nothing can separate us from where we come, and in fact we are.

Love is the real state of the conscience, it is more than a passionate feeling and more than an affective force, it is the experience of reality itself, that unaffected, lives in the fullness of an absolute harmony.

When this becomes the way of life, the sacrifices disappear and the doubts disappear, the mind finds its balance and even the work and the effort become a constant experience of an unconditional present of compassion without limits.

SPIRITUAL FREEDOM

Spiritual freedom is only possible when selfishness disappears, otherwise, the mind is prey of an addictive cycle that goes on shutting the conscience in a circle of ignorance and therefore of suffering, violence and death.

It is only free the one that through a superior surrender discovers the continuous love in his heart, and in its fullness experiences an inexhaustible and imperturbable peace, and it is because man has prioritized his connection to the good; and this understanding has allowed him to know that it is his action, finally, what chains or liberates him, and there is a great responsibility therefore, in the dominion, in the control and in the power, over himself and over the other ones.

For this reason, he has to look at life in all directions, as his own body, his mind, his feelings, that is to say, as himself. It does not matter if they are different beings, different animals, plants, or inanimate objects.

Man should know that if in his mind he generates peace, respect and care, the universe will unequivocally reciprocate and he will flow without violence, without selfishness and he will start savoring peace and happiness.

By having left the ambitions behind, he discovers freedom, which does not mean to abandon dreams about progress, which does not mean to neglect himself, and which does not avoid neither separates him of cultivating his person, his conscience but rather and for easy understanding, he is free because he acts for love.
